5 Days Camping Safari

Day 0: Free Airport Pickup service to our clients:

Our guide will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) Or Arusha Airport (ARK) and take you to our office in Arusha. You will have free accommodation at Coffee Lodge.

Day 1: Arusha Town to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, your safari guide will collect you from the Hotel and drive you to Lake Manyara National Park. Manyara is arelatively small but diverse park, 120km west of Arusha. The park’snamesake is a shallow, salt lake. It covers a large area of the park,flooding and drying with the seasons and is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. On your exploration of the park you will see monkeys, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes; not only open grassy plains, but also primate- filled woodlands and baobab dotted cliffs. After Your Game drive in the Park, you will drive to 5 star Lodge where you will be able to relax and Enjoy dinner and have an overnight.

Day 2: Lodge to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart towards the most famous National park in the World, the Serengeti. The driving itself, although long, is spectacular. This will be an unforgettable moment for anyone seeing it for the first time. As you progress well into the Serengeti, you will see why the name means, in local language, “endless plains”. The park has 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) and for most of it, the plains will stretch to the horizon defying your senses and perception of distances. It is the home of the Great Migration and to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras and all kinds of antelopes. As for Big Cats and large predators, it’s the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, with many television scenes like the famous river crossings having been filmed in this park. After the game drive, you will return back to 5 star Lodge .

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Start an early Morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. On every day of the safari, your guide will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the Camp/Lodge for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive, or you could go for a game drive with picnic lunch. After the game drive, you will return back to 5 star Lodge .

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning game drive after breakfast, to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the African Savanna is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. You will then travel to Ngorongoro Crater, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wild life in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, and a soda lake that from the top looks like steam, full of flamingos, a forest and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusks, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. After Your game drive in the crater, we expect to be back in Arusha around 6:00 pm although we can be flexible if needed (i.e. flight to catch). Likewise you will be transferred to curio shops where you can grab some souvenirs to take back home with you. After your game drive, you will drive to 5 star Lodge for an overnight.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park to Arusha.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel by the driver/guide and drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds. From the open roof of the vehicle you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna and Tarangire River in search of many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant and giraffe. It’s possible that you will catch a glimpse of a lion stalking its prey or leopards watching and relaxing in the trees above. After your tour and game drive in the park, you will drive to Arusha and have your overnight at Coffee Lodge.
